Do not confuse these radios with WiFi access points. They do not broadcast an SSID to which devices can connect. They are simply like a physical wire running between the buidings, but used where a physical wire is impractical to install. Now that the buiding is "wired" to the network from the head end, network gear such as WiFi access points and switch gear can be installed in the remote building.

A remote station links to the "head end" to provide internet to this garage. The cable from this remote station runs into the garage and feeds a four-port ethernet switch. A smart TV, a computer, and a WiFi access point are all connected to the switch.
A distant gate needed security camera coverage. This remote station radio is dedicated to getting just this one camera fed back to the main building, where all of the camera feeds are recorded. All that is needed at the pole is power.
